Jason's wife, Amy, serves as a legal assistant and manager for the office. She attended Kentucky Christian University for two years and then transferred to Northern Kentucky University where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree. She continued her education through University of the Cumberlands obtaining her Master's Degree in Elementary Education. She has been assisting in the office for many years, but now devotes her full time to the needs of our clients.

From there, Jason worked as the Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in Boyd County, KY. In this capacity, he prosecuted felony criminal cases. He decided to also begin his own private law practice so that he could assist those with other legal needs.
Jason now works as the Assistant County Attorney in Carter and Boyd Counties in addition to his position as the Grayson City Attorney for Grayson, Kentucky. Born and raised in Grayson, he was glad to be able to be closer to family. He continues his private practice now in Carter and surrounding counties.
Jason resides in Carter County, KY with his family. He and his wife, Amy, have been married for 13 years and are blessed with three beautiful children. He and his family are current and active members of Oak Grove Church of Christ in Grayson, KY.
Jason currently serves Carter County, Kentucky and surrounding counties. He attended Law School at Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He was awarded the Commonwealth Scholarship for Legal Studies and graduated in the top third of his class.
After graduating from law school and upon admission to the Kentucky bar, Jason began working as the Assistant County Attorney in Lawrence County, Kentucky. While at this position, Jason prosecuted criminal cases, including DUI and misdemeanor offenses. He also worked in Lawrence Family Court, collecting delinquent child support and protecting children that were neglected and abused. He also worked as an Associate where he represented private clients in civil matters. He has represented clients in civil litigation including personal injury, car accidents, divorces, custody disputes, real estate issues and estate planning. Jason also drafted wills, contracts, deeds and other legal documents for his clients.
